We are closed on Wednesdays, Fridays, weekends and public holidays, and for two weeks over the Christmas period each year. Dates are published on our website.

Initial perimenopause, menopause and weight management consultations require a longer specialised appointment. Please advise reception when booking.

Phone follow-up appointments are a core part of care for many of our patients, particularly for medication check-ins and the ongoing management of perimenopause, menopause and weight management. Phone consultations are currently bulk-billed.
Phone consultation billing is subject to change. Please confirm current arrangements when booking.
Follow-up Care Pathways
For conditions such as perimenopause, menopause and weight management, Dr Beck's standard follow-up approach includes a one-month phone consultation to address any concerns and troubleshoot adverse effects of medication, followed by a three-month face-to-face appointment to review treatment efficacy and make any appropriate changes. This structured approach ensures you are always supported, even between clinic visits.
Urgent Matters
If your concern is urgent and cannot wait for the next available routine appointment, please tell reception when you call. Our team will assess the situation and make the most appropriate arrangements. This may be a same-day booking, a nurse consultation or direction to a suitable urgent care service.
On-the-Day Appointments
We hold a number of on-the-day appointments for existing patients with urgent health needs. These can be booked online from midnight the night before, or by calling reception. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations and Non-Attendance
We send an SMS reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to attend, please reply to confirm your cancellation and no charge will apply. We will offer your time to another patient in need.
If you do not confirm your cancellation and do not attend, a non-attendance fee will apply: $50 for a standard appointment and $100 for a long appointment. These fees are not covered by Medicare.
