Communicating with the Clinic

Please call us on 02 5626 5151 during opening hours for bookings, billing enquiries and clinical questions. Our nurse Leanne is available to assist with many straightforward clinical queries directly. If your question requires Dr Beck's input, reception will take your details and pass the message on. Dr Beck is in consultations during clinic hours and is not available for unscheduled calls at that time.

If your matter is urgent, please tell reception clearly when you call so that appropriate arrangements can be made promptly.

Email

Our email, reception@elaraclinic.com.au, is monitored during business hours. We aim to respond within one to two business days. Email is not suitable for urgent matters, medical advice or sensitive health information. Please call for anything time-sensitive or clinical.

Social Media

We use social media for general information and updates only. Please do not contact us about clinical or personal health matters via social media. These messages will be redirected to the appropriate channels.

Interpreter and Communication Support

We are committed to ensuring every patient can communicate fully with their healthcare team. If you require an interpreter, please let reception know when making your appointment. We access TIS National (Translating and Interpreting Service) for professional phone and in-person interpreters across a wide range of languages, at no cost to you. If you use Auslan or require support for a hearing or speech impairment, please advise us in advance so we can arrange appropriate assistance.

Family members and children should not be used as interpreters in clinical consultations. This protects your privacy and the accuracy of your care.
